The Senior Year!
BEEP, EVERYONE GET IN YOUR SEATS AND BE QUIET!!!!
I'm sure glad that I won't have to hear that, pretty soon. The Senior year, everyone thinks that you know what you want to do after high school, but all I feel it is when we are trying to figure out what we want to do after school is just a BIG mystery we are trying to solve on our own. Well I have to tell the truth it is all that everyone says it is. You do get away with a lot more, all the "little kids" respect you in a way and there is always that Senior Trip at the end of the year everyone is waiting for!!

The Amber Morning!!!!
BEEP, BEEP,BEEP,BEEP!!!
It is time to get out of bed. So I pull myself out of bed, turn on my straightener, and then get in the shower. After I get out of the shower I hit my toe on the toilet. Then it comes down to what I want to wear, do I want to dress up or be comfortable; comfortable for sure. So I straighten my hair and brush my teeth, after this I get in my car and wait for Arika and Austin to get in my car and we go to school!!

History of Halloween!!!
TRICK OR TREAT!!!
The history of Halloween can be traced back to an old Celtic festival held around Oct. 31 of every year. Halloween back in this time was used to celebrate the end of harvest season. They also believed that this was the time for the dead to come back and haunt us and this is where the costumes come in, they used the costumes and masks to keep the evil away.
Jack-o'-lanterns were came about because of a guy/ghost named Stingy Jack. Stingy Jack loved to play tricks on the devil, Stingy Jack made the devil promise not to take his soul after he had played a trick on him. So when Stingy Jack died he was not allowed in Heaven, but the devil could not take his soul. So Stingy was left on earth and he haunted the people. The Irish people came up with this idea to carve out turnips, potatoes, and rutabagas to keep Stingy Jack away.
And what about the Witches? The name comes from the Saxon wica, which means “wise one.” They said that the Witches traveled by horseback but the poorer Witches traveled by foot and they used a branch or a broomstick to help them jump over streams and such. The Witches were said to gather on Halloween to celebrate the devil. But now look a lot of little girls are dressed up as Witches.
